A setting of Ubi Caritas, of particular use during the Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday or for celebrating love and unity. The verses are in chant form.
There are both Latin and English lyrics for the entire work. The English translation is faithful to the Latin original.
The setting could be used as a choir motet – accompanied or unaccompanied – or as a congregational refrain with verses sung by a cantor.
