A chant song with verses in Taize-style for the Year of Mercy 2015-16.
The refrain was the official motto of the Year of Mercy, taken from Luke 6:36 in English and Latin: Be merciful, as your heavenly Father is merciful. The verses are from Psalm 86(85).
This song is especially applicable to the gospel reading of the 7th Sunday in Ordinary Time Year C, and to the responsorial psalm of the 16th Sunday in Ordinary Time Year A.
